Your appoitment is very important to us
Your appointments are important to us, and we reserve the time just for you. This means we cannot schedule another client during that time. If you need to cancel, we kindly ask for at least 24-hours notice. This allows our team of professionals to adjust their schedules accordingly and accommodate clients on our waiting list.
By scheduling your appointment, you agree to the following policy:
No-shows will be charged 100% of the service amount. No exceptions.
If you fail to reschedule your appointment at least 24-hours in advance, we'll require payment in full for the services scheduled.
Late arrivals over 20 minutes may not be accommodated, and the appointment will be considered canceled in less than 24 hours.
If you book multiple services and cancel one on the day of your appointment, it will be considered a late cancellation.
Gift certificates and vouchers are final sale. Appointments canceled in less than 24 hours will result in voucher redemption.
Please check your calendar before booking an appointment. Do not book an appointment when you're in a rush. Make sure you have ample time to arrive a few minutes before your scheduled time.
We do not offer refunds for treatments, products, or services. In the unlikely case that you are
unhappy with your experience, we encourage you to work with our professionals to determine if a follow-up appointment might assuage your concerns.
